LENA was born from the experience of Plumes.

In these 10 years we have dedicated ourselves to caring for our clients' eyes with treatments designed to enhance their natural beauty .
But as much as we gave our clients protocols to follow at home, to maintain the services performed, we realized that something was missing... What was missing?

Furthermore, customers sometimes complained that the duration and performance were different from what we ourselves expected.
But how could this happen?
The protocols performed were identical, the manual skills the same, the same professional products used.
Investigating how this was possible, we started asking them questions about what products they used at home to cleanse and moisturize their skin, what their daily beauty routine was. Which makeup removers, which creams, which make-up products?

And then it all made sense. We immediately understood that the duration and effect were often affected by the use of products that were not compatible with our services at all but on the contrary should have been completely avoided.
Oils, cleansing milk, waterproof products, two-phase make-up removers with a high oil content, commonly used products that, although extremely valid, were clearly not suitable for specific treatments that were not yet so widespread on the market.

In other cases we have seen how, for fear of damaging the treatment, some customers avoided doing a thorough cleaning, not realizing how, on the contrary, this compromised the duration and effect of the treatment itself.

And so we understood that the time had come to educate and guide our clients even outside our ateliers, to follow them in their homes and accompany them in their daily beauty routine.

So, together with our Lash & Brow Artists , we combined all our skills and decided to study and develop the first and only line of cosmetics compatible with specific treatments on eyelashes and eyebrows , but also perfect for those who don't perform them.

LENA products have been designed to be used not only on eyelashes and eyebrows, but also on the entire face in complete safety.

Finally, thanks to the convenient refillable travel sizes , they can be easily transported anywhere.
