The 10 years of experience in the Ateliers and the thousands of works on different faces and looks, have been fundamental to raise the level of service and care, always oriented towards customization and not standardization.
Over the years, Claudia and Giorgia have felt the lack of operators in the market who were prepared to meet the needs of Plumes customers.
The founders decided that the time had come to open a full-service Beauty Academy, a place to share all the beauty and customer care secrets they had learned over the years in retail.
The mission of Plumes Academy is not simply to train professionals with excellent manual skills and knowledge of the technical subject, but to train specialists who know how to grasp the peculiarities and know how to enhance them to the best, as only a true artist can do.

Beauty is not intended as an aesthetic standard to conform to, but as a path through which we can learn to like and value ourselves.

Our courses have been designed to provide the student with a complete and valid training that allows him to manage with competence and professionalism the clientele in its diversity, complexity and uniqueness.
For this reason all our courses include:

TEACHING SUPPORT
We believe that learning does not stop at just the classroom training days.
For a real assimilation and application of the contents transmitted during the classroom hours, it is necessary to continue studying and practicing for a long time after the end of the course.
For this reason we have decided to offer our students our support even after their training at the academy, when they enter the job market and make them feel our presence at their side.
The student can choose between two types of packages based on his needs:
- Standard package : 3 months of assistance (+20% on the value of the course)
- Full package : 3 months of assistance + 1 day of course in repeat mode (+30% on the value of the course)
