Hi! I'm Eva, the Technical Director of Atelier Plumes in Milan.
I graduated at 18 from a scientific high school with a focus on languages ​​with the idea of ​​later pursuing a university course in the health sector. Due to a series of events I then chose to change plans and enrolled in a beauty academy. In two years I obtained the diploma becoming a beautician and continued with a further third year thus also obtaining the specialization and the qualification to run my own business.
At 21, I decided to start my own business by opening a beauty center inside a gym, which I then left after about two and a half years.
I then gained experience in various beauty centers and then stopped for another two and a half years in a nail salon. I ended this last experience because of an injury to my right hand that kept me out of work for a few months.
I start again looking for something new and innovative and in 2017 I come across Plumes where a new path began that made me grow on a personal and professional level also becoming a trainer of all the potential new resources that join the company.
This job has allowed me to break down many barriers and overcome some of my limits, thus becoming my greatest satisfaction. I have learned to approach people differently, those people who previously represented an obstacle for me, have now become my source of inspiration.

What I love most about this job is that it's not just about waxing and dyeing eyebrows, or curling eyelashes. What we do here is to bring out that light that is in the eyes of all of us: to relieve tiredness, to make sad or sullen eyes smile.

Having an unsuitable eyebrow or eyelashes that do not enhance the look, becomes for many people a great psychological discomfort. Our mission is to restore their confidence and self-esteem by highlighting that light, giving new splendor to their natural beauty!
