Over the past 10 years, we have received hundreds of similar requests from students and professionals in the sector who wanted to learn our techniques to improve their professionalism. We have always said no.

We didn't think we were ready for such a big step. For us it was necessary to study, deepen and further improve our techniques, our protocols, our manual skills, before sharing them with others as trainers.

10 years of work, dedication and sacrifice have passed. Years in which Beauty has been our obsession. Beauty intended not as an aesthetic canon to conform to, but as a path through which to learn to value and value oneself, to like and to be liked, to look and to look at oneself.

In these 10 years we have seen an enormous growth in the number of self-styled professionals who have improvised as Brow Designers or Lash Stylists overnight .

We also found this lack of adequate training in our staff search. Candidates who on paper appeared to be great professionals, with multiple skills, turned out to be unprepared and inadequate to work with the client, forcing us to train them from scratch and teach them all the most cutting-edge techniques and methodologies, but also the basics of client management. For this reason, all those who worked with us received in-depth internal training that often overturned the technique or methodology they had previously learned.

We then understood that the time had come to get involved.

For the first time we felt ready to share the secrets learned over the years of activity.

As we said: Beauty is our obsession, for this reason we believe that the preparation and professionalism of those who have the privilege of taking care of it must be impeccable.

We have therefore decided to make ourselves available to train the talents of the future. With our techniques and methodologies and all our resources, our experience and our professionalism, to help build a new generation of Eye Experts and all-round Beauty Professionals.

This is how the idea of ​​a Plumes Academy was born, which will officially start in September 2023.

We started from the basics, in the last 3 years we have analyzed the market and its offer, we have identified what the shortcomings were and what could be implemented, we have studied and we have continued to train ourselves to build a training path that stands out from all the others.

The mission of Plumes Academy is not simply to train professionals with excellent manual skills and knowledge of the technical subject, but to train specialists who know how to grasp the peculiarities of each face, enhancing it to the best and preserving its authenticity.

Our courses have been designed to provide the student with a complete and valid training that allows him to manage with competence and professionalism the clientele in its diversity, complexity and uniqueness.
